The Downtown Wichita Falls Farmers Market is located at the corner of 8th & Ohio (713 Ohio) in the historic Depot Square, and is considered a central location for the After Hours Art experience, as well as the known hub for our local community of makers, bakers, movers, and shakers!
This application is for setting up for AHA at the Downtown Wichita Falls Farmers Market located at 8th & Ohio ONLY. (No unpaid vendors are allowed to set up at/in front of/around)
We offer:
The DFM is a roofed open-air mercantile that includes guaranteed space under an awning and (shade and fans!), electrical opportunities, overhead lighting, accessible bathrooms and hand-washing sinks, free WiFi, vendor management, marketing support, live music and being in the center of the action!
We HIGHLY encourage you to visit the market before participating as a vendor. Our farmers market is open every Saturday from 9a-1p, and will give you a good idea of our layout and booth standards.
We accept:
AHA @ the Downtown WF Farmers Market facility is open to nonprofit organizations, sponsors of the AHA, and all forms of handmade art/artists, including, but not limited to:
Artists/Artisans- art and artisanal goods.
•Visual Arts
•Musical Arts•Culinary Arts (cottage foods/cooking demos/prepared foods/food trucks included)•Fiber Arts
RTE Foods/Food trucks- Ready to consume upon sale. Doesn't require cottage food labeling.
Promotional Business Sponsorship- businesses that don't sell handmade items, but would like to set up to promote their business. (some restrictions apply)
All culinary arts vendors must be in compliance w/ Wichita County Health Department regulations and permits. This includes set up, food safety, equipment, labeling
To uphold the integrity of the ArtWalk, all participants must be in line with the theme. All non-profit organizations and promotional business sponsors must offer an approved interactive element/art activity.
****Booth placement is curated by management with a goal of producing a quality experience for our customers and community.
Layout, set up info, and event details will be sent 24hrs prior to event, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
