Join us twice weekly for Yoga 1 classes. In this 60 minute practice we will focus on breath work, a combination of wonderful poses and a full 10 minute Savasana included guided relaxations and aromatherapy. Our yoga 1 classes are nice and slow and suitable for all bodies. If you are brand new to yoga, I highly recommend taking the beginner’s series before yoga 1, just so you know the poses their names & how they feel and all the modifications for your body. If you’re a home practitioner and familiar with most basic poses, we would love you to join us. If you are a seasoned yogi and want a gentle class to concentrate on the breath this class is for you as well. Drop in cost is $10, cash or check. RSVP here to save your mat space!
