Join the elves of Downtown Development as we kick off the day of the City Lights Parade with a FUN RUN! Runners are encouraged to dress up in the their jolliest attire!! This is a SelfLESS 5K, what does that mean? We are encouraging all participants to bring a couple canned goods with them Saturday morning and we will donate them to our local food bank. Strollers welcome.
