Downtown Wichita Falls Development with the help from Texoma Community Credit Union and Potencia Projects will be hosting Movies at the Market. The 1971 Willy Wonka and Chocolate Factory will show Thursday, Dec. 8 at 6pm. You are welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Grab dinner to-go from a Downtown restaurant and eat picnic style! We will have hot cocoa and popcorn vendors.
