Saturday we celebrate fermented and pickled goods!
Back in the day canning was a way to preserve the harvest to last through the winter months, while we don’t have to do that anymore we still consider it a BIG DILL! Many people today still can and pickle their goods from their gardens and farms and we get to RELISH their creations.
