LaSalle Crossing

Originally the Studio Hotel, built in 1923 during the great oil boom of the 1920’s, this Wichita Falls landmark located in the heart of the Depot Square Historic District was listed in the Department of Interior’s National Register in 2004 as a Certified Rehabilitated Structure and was also the winner of the Wichita County Heritage Society’s Phoenix Award in May 2000. LaSalle Crossing was transformed into 15 one-bedroom luxury apartment homes that come in 5 different floor plans. One of LaSalle Crossings most charming characteristics is the original caged elevator. Although there are stairs available, residents and guests enjoy stepping bank in time onto one of Texas oldest elevators. LaSalle Crossing is conveniently located within walking distance to the Farmer’s Market and the downtown entertainment district. Throughout the year downtown festivals, such as Cajun Fest, City of Lights Christmas, and St. Patricks Day Festival, are just celebrating blocks away. You’ll love going to the local eateries and hangouts such as Gidget’s Sandwich ShackThe Original Casa Manana, and the The IronHorsePub which are sure to please.
