Art and Soul combines the magic of music with the allure of art. The festival, hosted by Downtown Wichita Falls Development, features live music, food vendors, artists and artisans. Art and Soul will be Saturday, June 23 in Historic Downtown Wichita Falls.

The festival benefits Downtown Wichita Falls Development, a 501(c) 3 non-profit, whose mission is to improve the downtown, entice new business and residents, and grow the economic base of our community and current businesses.
